Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to full payment.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
3. Guest Responsibility
All guests must be aged 18 or over.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is excessively intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
4. Location & Venue
Cocktail masterclasses are hosted at third-party venues or private accommodation arranged by the client.
We are not responsible for the condition, safety, or suitability of the venue.
5. Liability
While we take all reasonable care during our services, participation in cocktail making and alcohol consumption is at your own risk.
We are not liable for:

injuries sustained during the event (unless caused by negligence)

loss or damage to personal belongings

issues arising from the venue or third-party providers
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
7. Damages
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or materials provided during the session due to misuse or negligence.
8. Timing & Delays
Please ensure all guests are ready at the agreed start time.
Delays caused by the group may result in a shortened session.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, travel disruption, or illness).
10. Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
